Old Bahama Bay Resort and Yacht Harbor is one of the Bahamas most prestigious vacation getaways. Our goal was to help turn a barron location on the West End of Grand Bahama Island into one of the Caribbeans most desired locations. We worked with the site planners to help with the overall design and to help create a resort that would beat the competition. In addition, we created the branding, developed the marketing strategy, media planning and photography, as well as all sales and marketing materials. We are proud to say that we exceeded all real estate sales goals the first two years and Old Bahama Bay Resort and Yacht Harbor continues to rank in the top 10 of all the resorts in the Bahamas.
